Name/Meaning: "Ian Charles" Ian comes from the same Irish root word as "Sean"--which is Daddy's name. It means "God is Gracious". Charles is my maternal Grandpa's name. He was a riot-- had a ton of personality and was a big teddy bear. Ian is exactly the same. Read this to see how we chose the name (it's a long post-- the name part is half way down).

Ok, I am feeling better now. My kids are continually pretending to be dogs, even naming themselves after our dogs. The bad part would be that they also pretend to eat out of the dog's food bowls - now that is just gross!
